This a awesome JVC camcorder. Old school – made with quality! It takes the mini cassettes. It does work, in the picture you can see the light showing the battery is getting the charge. I’ve seen it on before so your looking through ready to record. It comes with everything you need, there only is one issue however, I can not get it opened to remove the cassette tape. I honestly don’t know much about these but figured there’s someone out there that knows the ins and outs, repairs these badboys. It would be worth it as this thing is in immaculate shape. Still in the original box, with the instruction book and everything else you see.
